Can you buy from a platform not listed here?
Yes. If it is a Chinese website, marketplace or WeChat mini-program store, send the link and we will quote it.
Do I need Alipay or a Chinese bank account?
No. We pay the seller in RMB on your behalf through Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay or RMB bank transfer. You only pay us.
Can I just send a photo of the product?
Yes — that is often the fastest way. Send one image to [email protected]; we identify the product across Chinese platforms and factories and reply with the lowest available price, supplier links and MOQ.
Can I see the goods before they ship?
Yes. Every order is received, counted and photographed at our Beijing warehouse before shipping. Video checks on request.
What if an item arrives broken or wrong?
We handle the Chinese-language claim with the seller inside the platform's return or dispute window, and arrange a replacement or refund.
Can you restock for me on a regular basis?
Yes — standing arrangements with scheduled consolidation and shipping are available. Tell us your cadence and we will set it up.
Is this the same as the US$299/year sourcing membership?
They are separate services. The membership covers factory sourcing and quote requests; the buying agent service is quoted per order before any purchase is made.
